Lincoln Elementary School is a K-5 school with 720 students. We are located in Woodburn Oregon. We offer two educational strands:
- English Plus Spanish (30 minutes of Spanish instruction daily)
- Two-way Bilingual (50:50) Spanish and English Program.
With the support of a 21st Century Schools Grant and a partnership with the city, Lincoln students can participate in an excellent afterschool program.
Lincoln offers a fresh fruit and vegetable snack program that provides all students with a fresh fruit or vegetable snack every day!

Math Interventions
We have begun exploring the use of the free web based program, The Khan Academy, as an instructional and assessment tool for mathematics. If you are interested in working with your child on math at home create an account on the khan academy! Go to Khanacademy.org. Once you have an account, make sure to click the “Add A Coach” button at the bottom of the screen and add tfarris@woodburnsd.org. Mr. Farris will monitor student progress and award some prizes to students who are putting in some effort. If you want help signing your student up, just let the office know and we can make sure your student gets trained on how to use it. Everything they offer has free videos to watch. The English version are a part of the site, the Spanish versions of the videos are at http://www.youtube.com/user/KhanAcademyEspanol.
Reading Interventions
All students have Logins for Reading. Contact the school if you would like access to a parent account (practice reading in English or Spanish)
